Kouture Studios is an online rental website for party supplies and equipment. It allows event organizers, business owners and residential concierges to create and manage events, and rent equipment accordingly on an hourly or daily basis. Kouture Studios’ array of event equipment ranges from lights, decor, furniture, audio/video tools, photo booths and dance floors.
Consumers often struggle to ascertain the exact requirement for equipment when organizing an event. Miscalculations either lead to insufficient or excess rental order placements. Untimely deliveries and inefficient customer support further add on to consumer disappointment.
We at FATbit evaluated the requirements and deployed Yo!Rent, our ready-made online rental software to build this events’ equipment rental platform. We developed a captivating and responsive platform to enhance the UI and deliver a highly-functional web portal for smooth rental operations. We added an advanced event handling feature that calculates order quantity based on the number of guests. The multi-faceted booking calendar assists the client in managing the complex hourly and daily pricing model.
We curated a flexible roadmap to develop the proposed platform for the client. The process included designing and development to meet all the objectives. The project delivery with all the proposed functionalities was achieved after meticulous testing and successful deployment.
