Yo!Rent Server Requirements

• Operating System:

  • Ubuntu Server 24.04 LTS, x86-64 (64-bit), AlmaLinux

• Supported Web Servers:

  • Apache 2.4+ / Nginx 1.14.x

• PHP Compatibility:

  • 8.3

• PHP Extensions:

  • 1. GD Enabled with FreeType/Free Font support
  • 2. Zlib and ZIP support enabled
  • 3. DOM
  • 4. cgi, cli, iconv, bcmath, mbstring, common, curl, dev, unzip extensions must be enabled
  • 5. Fileinfo function should be enabled
  • 6. Ioncube Loader
  • 7. JSON
  • 8. The calendar function should be enabled
  • 9. PHP Composer should be installed
  • 10. Safe mode off
  • Memory_limit 32M or more (Some pages with advanced feature may need upto 128M)

• My SQL:

  • G8.0.x or higher [MySql JSON Support required]
  • sql_mode must be "NO_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION" only

• Server Hosting Setup:

  • Ability to run scheduled jobs (crontab) with PHP
  • Ability to override options in .htaccess files

• Compatible Web Hosting:

  • Virtual Private Server (VPS) or Dedicated Server or Cloud Server

• Server Configuration:

  • General recommendation is a minimum quad core CPU with at least 4 GB RAM for optimal use.
  • In the case of AWS t2.medium+ RDS or t2.medium plan is preferred.

Note: The above configurations may need to be adjusted. Infrastructure sizing will depend on the expected project scale, concurrent users, traffic patterns, and application workload.
